CAIRO, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty will meet his Pakistani, Saudi, and Turkish counterparts in Cairo on Sunday, Egypt's Foreign Ministry announced Thursday.
Abdelatty will hold a quadrilateral meeting on Sunday with the three ministers, followed by "an expanded session of talks and a joint press conference," the ministry said.
The countries have been mediating talks between Iran and the United States.
Direct Iran-U.S. talks, scheduled to take place on Friday in Switzerland, have been postponed, amid an escalation in fighting between Israel and Lebanon's Hezbollah. ■
