BEIJING, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- China has carried out normal defense cooperation with Thailand and Cambodia in the past, a Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday, stressing that it is not targeting any third country, nor does it have anything to do with the border conflict between Thailand and Cambodia.
Spokesperson Guo Jiakun made the remarks at a daily press briefing in response to a relevant query. ■
